Terms & Conditions

By engaging with KK Bookfairy Productions, clients agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services

• Services include storytelling consultations, script reviews, and writing workshops as described on our website.

• Deliverables and timelines are specified within each package.

Payment

• Payment is due at booking for single sessions.

• Packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due before the final session.

• All payments are non-transferable and processed in U.S. dollars.

Intellectual Property & Credit

• Clients retain ownership of their original work.

• KK Bookfairy Productions must receive consulting credit (e.g., “Script Consultant: Karen Cherney KK Bookfairy Productions”) in IMDb listings, playbills, or other public credits.

• KK Bookfairy Productions may list the project title and consultation role in its portfolio or promotional materials, without disclosing confidential content.

Confidentiality

• All client materials are kept strictly confidential.

• Clients agree not to share consultation notes or internal materials without prior approval.

Limitation of Liability

• KK Bookfairy Productions provides professional guidance but cannot guarantee project sales, production, or commercial success.

• By booking services, clients release KK Bookfairy Productions from liability regarding the reception or outcome of their work.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of intellectual and creative services, all fees are non-refundable. Once services are booked, clients commit to the agreed schedule and deliverables.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations under 48 hours or missed/no-show sessions are charged in full and deducted from packages.

• If KK Bookfairy Productions must reschedule, clients will be offered the next available time at no additional cost.

Package Sessions

• Package sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (typically 2–3 months, depending on package).

• Sessions not used within the timeframe will expire.

Credits
In the rare case that KK Bookfairy Productions cannot deliver services, clients will receive a credit toward future sessions.
